Tojiro DP or Shun Classic? Same job, different package

| Handle | Composite wood / Micarta | Pakkawood, D-shaped |
| Finish | Plain clad | Damascus |
Both are Japanese double-bevel knives. The visible difference is finish and handle. If you love the Damascus look and D-handle, see Shun Shelf. If you want the steel at a simpler finish, the DP is the classic answer.
We haven't tested either. Sources: product pages.
